Christian Blättler

Christian Blättler's main practice areas are commercial law, in particular corporate law, labour law, tort law and debt and bankruptcy law. He provides competent assistance in all other contract law matters. Christian Blättler has extensive experience in internal investigations for companies or authorities, international asset recovery cases and in the area of IT forensics in connection with white-collar crime.

As a Notary Public of the Canton of Zug, he notarises marriage and inheritance contracts, testamentary dispositions, advance care directives, as well as incorporations, capital increases, capital reductions, mergers and all other corporate law matters with validity in all cantons of Switzerland. He certifies signatures and documents for national and international business transactions.

Attorney-at-law Christian Blättler studied at the University of Lucerne and graduated with a Master of Law degree in 2010. In 2013, he was admitted to the bar and notary's bar of the Canton of Zug. He started his career in one of the major accounting companies in the forensic team and subsequently worked in various law firms and consultancies as a (legal) advisor with a focus on white-collar crime and investigations.
